You will receive confirmation by email. Approximately one week prior to the conference, you will receive a registration packet in the mail. It will contain an acknowledgment with your session/tour choices and locations, parking map, and a name badge with badge holder. Please bring these materials with you to the conference—or be prepared to wait in line for a replacement. Programs will be distributed at the conference.
Most tours—including bus tours—require a substantial amount of walking outdoors. Please wear sensible shoes and sign up for a tour only if you are prepared to do some walking. The following tours require less walking: A8, B5, B7, C5. If you are unsure about tour requirements, email Janet or call 401-222-2078.
BYOB: bring your own bicycle. We will let you know where to secure it before/after the tour. We reserve the right to cancel the bike tour in case of bad weather. If the tour is canceled, we will make an announcement at the Opening Session and post a sign at the Registration Table. You will be invited to visit the Registration Table to select another available session.
We will provide a shuttle to and from the dock. The boat is partially covered with a roof and curtains. We reserve the right to cancel the boat tours in case of bad weather. If the tours are canceled, we will make an announcement at the Opening Session and post a sign at the Registration Table. You will be invited to visit the Registration Table to select another available session.
